The K Shop?

 Yesterday morning I was driving home along the R24 through Mayfair The road is called Central avenue (it becomes Market Street). Traveling in an Easterly direction, on the right hand side of the road is a Shop called 'The K Shop'.  What I would like to understand is how on earth can they get away with this?
